We hope your order feels just right , but if something isn’t as expected, we’re here to guide you gently through the next steps.
Your Rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item has a major problem, if it is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
If the issue is minor, we will offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.
These rights exist independently of our own policies and are always respected.
If somethings not quite right
In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a fault, or is not as expected, please reach out to us using the form below.
We will carefully review your request and arrange a suitable resolution - whether that be a replacement, repair, or refund.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a piece may not feel quite right.
While we are not required to offer returns for change of mind, we are pleased to offer a considered option:
Returns requested within 14 days of delivery
Items unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging included where possible
Once received, we will offer an exchange or store credit.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind returns.
Returning an item
To begin a return, please email us with your order number and a brief note.
If your item is faulty, we may request a photo to better understand the issue.From there, we will guide you through the process with care.
A gentle note
Our pieces are thoughtfully designed for sensitive wearers, where the smallest details can make the biggest difference.
If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, we’re always here to help — before or after your purchase.
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
Requests made outside of the return window may not be accepted.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
